Don't have an static IP

Admin,one problem : My net provider dosen't give me an static IP,so every time i restart my modem,or unplug it from power surse i received another ip.Many other times i connect from my girlfriend,my office but nobody use thats ips for this site..so those are problems? wait for an answer so i can continuie my...work.Tanks!
