Terms of Service
1) By joining our program you automatically agree these Terms of Service. Members that do not agree these terms should stop using our service and terminate their account immediately.2) We are not responsible for any losses and/or damages of any kind arising out of the relationship between you and our program
3) You are allowed to have one account per IP address or household. Do not try to create more than one account, as all of your accounts will be terminated and balances will be forfeited.
4) You have to provide a valid email address upon registering.
5) It has to be stressed that auto-click software is in any kind is prohibited. If we catch you using using this kind of software, your account will be terminated without notice.
6) Your upline cannot be changed.
7) We remain the right to terminate your account in cases like, but not limited to, spamming, cheating or general misuse of the system.
8) All purchased items are non-refundable. Charge back or reverse transactions made on your purchases will lead to immediate account termination.
9) We remain the right to modify your account information and/or balances due to evident errors in the system.
10) Payouts - Stock Holders (Free) member payments will be processed within 5-7 business days IMPORTANT NOTICE: Members at the stockholder level will have a 40% reinvestment fee applied to payouts. The reinvestment fee always applies to stockholder payouts . All upgraded accounts will receive payments within 1-2 days. Members without a detected country will need to upgrade before receiving a payout.
11) Any detection of use of a IP Proxy Server will put your account on hold for a security review. This is an automated flagging process. Once your account is flagged we will review the account with our security. If found guilty this will result in automatic deletion of your account and all balances and investments will be forfeited
12) Direct Referral Limit: It is very important for you to renew your upgraded membership prior to the expiration date and server time of your upgraded membership. Direct referrals removed due to a failure to renew your upgraded membership prior to the expiration date and server time will not be returned.
